Two Covid tests for returning expatriates: Kerala HC seeks Centre's views

One of the major issues with the new guidelines is that it makes it mandatory for the expatriates who have undergone Covid test abroad to take another test after reaching the country. The requirement to undergo two tests in the span of a few hours not only causes physical hardship but also financial stress to the expatriates, stated the plea.
